Tipsy Coin terms

What it is

One coin is worth HK$1, and can only be spent in this shop, on bottles and on delivery.

Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold, and earn no interest.

Earning

At your membership level on the day your payment is confirmed, on what you paid for bottles by transfer (FPS): Amber 3%, Silver 5%, Gold 7%.

Your level is set by the last 12 months of cash spending, excluding delivery: HK$8,888 for Silver, HK$18,888 for Gold.

Reach Silver for the first time and we add HK$500 of coins; reach Gold for the first time and we add HK$1,500 more. Each is given once — dropping back and climbing again does not repeat it — and going straight from Amber to Gold gives both.

Delivery, and anything paid in coins, does not count. Coins are whole dollars; anything under a dollar is dropped.

Coins are credited when the order is delivered. Until then 我的 shows them as on their way. An order that is cancelled or refused earns nothing.

The scheme started on 13 September 2026. Orders delivered before then earn nothing retrospectively.

Spending

At checkout you can choose to use your coins, up to the whole order including delivery. Any difference is paid by transfer.

The coins that expire soonest are used first.

Membership counts cash only; the part paid in coins does not count towards your level.

Cancellation, refusal and refunds

If an order is cancelled, the supplier cannot deliver it, or you refuse it at the door, every coin spent on it goes back to your balance. Any cash paid is refunded by transfer.

Returned coins keep their original expiry date. If that date has passed, or is less than 30 days away, they are valid for 30 days from the day they come back.

Expiry

Each credit expires 12 months after the day it was credited. Coins unspent by then are lost.

We remind you 30 days and 7 days before, on WhatsApp (by SMS if WhatsApp cannot reach you). 我的 shows the next amount to expire and its date.

Referrals

Every member can get a referral code of their own in 我的, and share it with friends as a link.

Any registered customer — new or existing, whether or not they have bought from us before — can enter a friend’s referral code in 我的. Each customer can enter a code once; it cannot be changed afterwards, and it cannot be their own.

Entering a code adds HK$50 of Tipsy Coin to your balance straight away.

The first order of yours delivered after you enter the code earns the member whose code it was HK$50 of Tipsy Coin; orders delivered before you entered it do not count. Each customer earns their referrer this reward once. An order that is cancelled or refused does not count; the reward waits for one that is delivered.

Coins from referrals are like any others: they expire 12 months after the day they are credited.

Everything else

If coins are credited or taken by mistake, the shop corrects it; every correction is recorded and shown in 我的.

If you delete your account, any unspent coins go with it.

The shop may change the scheme. Changes are published on this page with a new date; coins already credited keep their expiry date.
